The National Pro-Life Religious Council

The leaders of the National Pro-Life Religious Council are available to conduct pro-life seminars for seminaries, clergy and churches!

The National Pro-life Religious Council is a Christian coalition which acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and is called to affirm and witness to the Biblical standard of the value, dignity, and sanctity of human life.

Vision

  • To see every Christian denomination or fellowship proclaim and obey Biblical teaching and Christian tradition that affirm the value of all human life.

Mission

  • To articulate the historic Christian perspective concerning human life issues.
  • To support efforts that discourage and prevent acts that dehumanize and harm women, the unborn, disabled persons, the elderly and those who are medically dependent.
  • To encourage and foster ministry to those vulnerable to or wounded by the tragic aftermath of abortion.
  • To work cooperatively with others who share these goals.

Goals

  • To exchange information of mutual interest.
  • To develop and strengthen a communications network among the member groups.
  • To offer encouragement and support to one another.
  • To develop a public presence for the NPRC which will include occasional sponsorship of projects, programs, statements, and literature.

Join Priests for Life, the National Pro-Life Religious Council and the following groups for the 30th Annual National Prayer Service on January 24, 2025 in Washington, DC. See www.NationalPrayerService.com.

2025 National Pro-Life Recognition Award

To be awarded to South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, the Governors in the three states that defeated pro-abortion ballot amendments in 2024!

Also recognized will be pro-life advocates in all 10 states who worked tirelessly to defeat the 2024 pro-abortion ballot amendments, as well as those in Minnesota and Arkansas who successfully kept the amendments off the ballot.

Likewise, we invite the participation of additional states who had abortion-related ballot measures over the last two years, namely, Ohio, Michigan, Kansas, Kentucky, California and Vermont. The pro-life leaders and groups in those places deserve recognition for their hard work as well.

The three winners of the Stand True Youth Outreach pro-life essay contest will be announced and receive their awards at the prayer service. Bring the youth to this event to support them!
