Registration Deadline. 30 days before the election.

Line 6: ID Number. Your social security number and/or driver's license number are requested. These numbers will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than voter registration officials. These numbers will not be published on any voter registration lists (Arkansas Constitutional Amendment 51, Section 6).

Line 7: Choice of Party. You do not have to register with a party if you want to take part in that party’s primary election, caucus, or convention.

Line 8: Race or Ethnic Group. Leave blank.

Line 9: Signature. To register in Arkansas you must:

1) be a citizen of the United States; 2) live in Arkansas at the address in Box 2 on the application; 3) be at least 18 years old before the next election; 4) not be a convicted felon (or have completely discharged your sentence or been pardoned); 5) not claim the right to vote in any other jurisdiction; 6) not presently be adjudged mentally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction.
