Registration Deadline. New Hampshire town and city clerks will accept this application only as a request for their own absentee voter mail-in registration form, which must be received by your city or town clerk by 10 days before the election.
Instructions. Fill in only Box 1 and Box 2 or 3, and then mail it to your town or city clerk at your zip code. These addresses are listed on the Secretary of State web site at
http://www.state.nh.us/sos/clerks.htm.The application should be mailed in plenty of time for your town or city clerk to mail you their own form and for you to return that form to them by 10 days before the election.
