Registration Deadline. 21 days before the election (there is no deadline for applications for change of name, change of address or to register with a party).
Line 6: ID Number. Leave blank.
Line 7: Choice of Party. You must register with a party if you want to take part in that party’s primary election.
Line 8: Race or Ethnic Group. Leave blank.
Line 9: Signature. To register in Oregon you must:
1) be a citizen of the United States; 2) be a resident of Oregon; 3) be at least 18 years old by election day.
